High Woodrank Sellers

“Woodrank” is a score from 0 to 10 (like “Pagerank”) which measures the degree to which your page points to better original content, high anticipated Pagerank for your ad/backlink/press release page, and high Pagerank for the landing page (both scores calculated based on comparing pages to competition with a search for the keyword in the anchor text or words shown in backlink hyperlink). SERP and Web position software, like Web CEO, largely based on the old Web Position Gold, look at the competition’s keyword distribution (frequency, prominence, proximity, both visible and in meta-tags, comments, domains/URL strings, anchor text, size of document, etc.) and the number of backlinks from the lower tier, and it leads to so many equations with so many unknowns, for the ideal number or weighting-factors for each criterion (for the keywords, it’s called the scalar of the Eigenvector matrix, or a number with no units or direction, which is multiplied by the vector, which is the level of importance of backlinks, usually based on the higher number of backlinks from the lower tier, and their Pagerank, which largely is based on backlinks to them). The factors are weighted where higher ranking competitors are considered more important, so that effects the final computed values, with multiple matrix determinant calculations (eg. 10 equations for 10 unknowns) and then averaged out, where for example #1 competitor’s results is divided by 1, #10 is divided by 10, and so one. Keyword relevance between the two pages is also a factor, higher with more overlap, and low plagiarism penalty is critical too, lower with less overlap, so whereas some feel these two factors may cancel each other out, Google may change ideal overlap score, such as 25% overlap being best, probably never more than 50%.

Woodrank based on keywords and not backlinks, called pre-Woordrank, will be the suggested criterion for seller-reseller agreement for what robots with what URL strings should be allowed into your page, as new pages, the pointers and the pointed-to, have no backlinks, and content is king for new ideas that will give others a reason to backlink to you high up a Pagerank pyramid of resellers for new Google visitors.

There are discussions now with SERP/Web position analyzing firms to determine if original content score can be interpolated from pages with outbound links only, comparing their scores and content, to determine why it is original. Google Pagerank analysis originally stipulated if there is a 50% chance a surfer will click on a link to an outbound page, you get a Pagerank of 0.5, 0.25 for 25%, 0.75 for 75%, and so on, but never more than 1 for pages with no inbound links. For now, original content score is based on “upward trendiness”, high demand, low competition, to be defined in more detail later, but of course low-plagiarism penalty as well when compared to all other documents on the Internet.
